Love righteousness

Righteousness is the primary goal of every child of God. It must be our priority while living in His kingdom. Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. This verse is so famous. But how we apply it seems neglected.  A lifestyle of righteousness is characterized by these three things: *A consistent hunger for God's will. *A lifestyle of obedient to God's kingdom laws. *A settled relationship between you and the Father through faith in His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit's administration in your life. Try to check these things. If you already have it, then continue 'till the end. But if any of these is not yet in you, make sure to have it by learning more of the knowledge of God.

The Steps

In his heart a man plans his course but the LORD determines his steps.  Proverbs 16:9 NIV Three things to remember today: 1. Set goals. Think about what needs to be done today. Write it down. Focus on finishing every single goal you have. 2. Ask for wisdom. It is always right to acknowledge you can't live a day by your own. Ask guidance from the LORD and he will give it to you. You will enjoy your day when you know you are in agreement with the Owner's will. 3. Start doing the right thing. No matter what happens, choose what is right. Things may get hard, just do right. This is what makes your life valuable. It's living right. As you make plans, big or small, submit them to The LORD. The steps are in His hands. You'll be amazed at his provisions. He will show you the way to get there.

Love More

He who covers an offense promotes love, but he who repeats the matter separates close friends. Proverbs 17:9 NIV Nobody wants to have a relationship messed up. Whether it's a family, friends, a male & female relationship, we want it to be as successful as possible. Yet, in all of these, things might go wrong if we are not careful. Today, there are three things to remember in order to keep your relationship work: 1. Learn to forgive. It's not always easy but when you do it, it gives joy to both of you. 2. Don't try to talk about past offenses. Your friend trusts you. When you try to bring up the past mistakes, even in an innocent way, it will still show you are still holding it against that person. I'm not saying you should ignore it. What this means is it it's already resolved, then don't make it a problem again. 3. Find something to appreciate the person you're in relationship with. It's always give a positive impact when you praise people. It buil...

Be Merciful

Why do we need to show mercy to other people around us? Ephesians 2:4-5 NIV But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. *We show mercy because God is merciful to us. God is always merciful. His mercy will never end. We were dead spiritually and without mercy, there is no way we can have a chance to be in a relationship with God again. *We show mercy as  a testimony of God's grace to us. Our life is an evidence of how God became merciful to us. Without evidence, there is no credibility with the gospel that we preach. God's mercy in us enables us to live again according to God's standards. *We show mercy so others can experience what it is to receive mercy. We are mercy-bearers. We are vessels for the mercy of God to flow into other's lives. Showing grace and mercy makes people see the tangible side of God's character and believe He is real. Let ...
