Love More

He who covers an offense promotes love, but he who repeats the matter separates close friends.

Proverbs 17:9 NIV

Nobody wants to have a relationship messed up. Whether it's a family, friends, a male & female relationship, we want it to be as successful as possible. Yet, in all of these, things might go wrong if we are not careful.

Today, there are three things to remember in order to keep your relationship work:

1. Learn to forgive. It's not always easy but when you do it, it gives joy to both of you.

2. Don't try to talk about past offenses. Your friend trusts you. When you try to bring up the past mistakes, even in an innocent way, it will still show you are still holding it against that person. I'm not saying you should ignore it. What this means is it it's already resolved, then don't make it a problem again.

3. Find something to appreciate the person you're in relationship with. It's always give a positive impact when you praise people. It builds up and encourage even to someone who may be having a bad day. Appreciation always draws a relationship closer.

So, the next time you deal with people around you, learn to love more and hate less. You will see the difference it makes to your world.
